idealworks Unveils New Corporate Website

April, 2022

idealworks Strengthens Commitment to Powerful Robotics Ecosystem and Unveils New Corporate Website to Reflect Long-Term Vision for Industrial Automation.

idealworks, a Munich-based technology and automation company, significantly sharpens its focus on building a powerful robotics ecosystem, shifting from its origin as a ground-breaking company specialized in robotics to become the powerhouse of industrial automation through a unique robotics ecosystem approach, and is proud to announce the corresponding launch of its redesigned website, idealworks.com.

idealworks’ approach to driving the next generation of automation combines several essential components. This includes AnyFleet, the central cloud platform; the AMR iw.hub, which pioneers robotics competence; and the robot-agnostic operating system iw.os. The operating system is equipped with AI-based applications for enhanced object recognition and seamless traffic management. To ensure optimal efficiency during development and implementation, the company is dedicated to continuously growing its expertise in simulation technology and will showcase how simulation is integrated throughout its robotics ecosystem at LogiMAT 2023 in Stuttgart. By doing so, idealworks can provide cutting-edge solutions to its clients.

The key benefits of the company’s robotics ecosystem being front and center, idealworks rebuilt its web presence with a clear and straightforward message. As stated by idealworks CEO Michael Alexander Schneider, “We combined years of industrial transformation experience into our industry-leading robotics ecosystem approach. This holistic approach encompasses both platform and robotics, along with AI and simulation, and is designed to increase our clients’ competitiveness.“ As Schneider explains, “Our approach enables clients to embrace new ways of operating and gain an edge over their competitors.“

idealworks’ holistic robotics ecosystem approach prioritizes seamless connectivity and mobile robot interoperability, with AnyFleet serving as the central cloud platform that intuitively integrates third-party devices via VDA 5050 standardized interface or Cloud Connectors, allowing users to efficiently manage their robotics operation from one central location. The company places a strong emphasis on partnerships and aims to accelerate industrial automation. To this end, idealworks’ new website highlights the importance of Cloud Connectors, which the company developed in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Enhancing the user experience with improved navigation and functionality, the new website offers a wealth of information, including details about the company’s solution portfolio for accelerating the development and deployment of safe and effective autonomous systems across various industries. Additionally, visitors can explore success stories with companies such as Zalando SE and Geis Group as well as an extensive resources section featuring blog posts, news on trade show attendances, webinars, and company announcements. Moreover, the website provides clients with access to the idealworks Academy, a dedicated training platform that trains new users to become experts in the company’s solution portfolio, highlighting the value of the portfolio as part of the robotics ecosystem.
